Latest Contract Awards for AVS

AMCNEW HEADQUARTERS FACILITY FOR U.S. ARMY MATERIEL COMMAND UNDER CONSTRUCTIION

AVS is proud to announce that it was awarded a $20 Million contract by the Harris IT Corporation for the audiovisual work as part of the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) and the U.S. Army's Security Assistance Command's (USASAC) relocation to its new headquarters at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. AVS is now currently designing and building audiovisual systems for AMC's new six-story headquarters, which is currently under construction.

The overall project includes engineering, furnishing, installing and testing of the command, control, communications, and computer IT (C4/IT) infrastructure for AMC's headquarters.


DISAAVS TO HELP COMPLETE NEW COMMAND CENTER FOR DISA

AVS was awarded a $3 Million contract by Watts Construction for the audiovisual work on the Command Operations Facilities for the Defense Information Systems Agency's Pacific Command (DISA-PAC) Center in Hawaii.


VAAAHIGH TECH CLASSROOM ENVIROMENT BEING BUILT TO HELP VETERANS AFFAIRS

AVS was awarded a $3 Million contract by Fed Store to help design and install a virtual thin client computer-based multi-classroom instructional network for the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy in Frederick, Maryland. Classrooms, offices and supporting breakout rooms will utilize state-of-the-art Audio Visual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) systems to maximize the capabilities of the organization and better meet its needs and goals.

AVS Named as One of Washington, D.C.'s 50 Fastest Growing Companies for 2010

For the firrst time, AVS has names to the Washington Business Journal's annual list of Fastest GrowingCompanies in the Washington, D.C. The top 50 companies that are honored on this list have shown continued growth over the past three years.

AVS Named One of Washington, D.C.'s Top Small Technology Companies

AVS has been ranked as the number two small technology company in theWashington, D.C. region forthe second straight year, according to the Washington Business Journal. This is the fifth year-in-a-row AVS has been ranked in the Top Ten.

The Washington Business Journal also named AVS as one of the top 50 Technology Employers in the DC Metro Region for 2010.
