ReadyView ^TM Mobile

A fully functional presentation cart, provides the flexibility of moving your AV system from room-to-room. Ideal for temporary classrooms/meeting rooms
or multiple use rooms.

The ReadyView ^TM Mobile system comes with:

Flat Panel Display - choice of a 42, 50, 60 or 65 inch flat panel display or two 42 or 50 inch displays (mounted side-by-side)
High Quality playback speakers
Small equipment rack located in the cart that includes:

• DVD/VCR combo unit
• HDTV tuner
• System control unit
• Space for one dedicated PC and connections for one external PC
• Interactive capabilities, with a SMART Board for Flat-Panel Displays interactive whiteboard
• Full documentation of system, including manufacturer’s manuals for each component and an AVS “User Quick Guide” manual
• Training on how-to-use the system

Wireless Touchpanel Control System - can drastically improve the usability of any AV system. Through the wireless touchpanel, a user can operate the entire system (with little or no training) from one place through easy-to-use controls and menus, including:

• Power to all components in the system
• All VCR/DVD functions
• Source selection
• HDTV tuner w/ channel controls
• Call and camera operation for Video
• Full audio control
• Teleconferencing (VTC) – when VTC option is included
• PC controls for presentations
  
  Note: For dual display systems, information from different sources
  may be shown simultaneously
  

 Options

Options are provided to allow more specific tailoring to the room and user’s requirements:

Video Teleconferencing (VTC) - has graphics send and recieve capability; call controls including dial, answer, hangup, phonebook maintenance, camera operation; and much more:

• Presets are provided allowing for easy camera control
• Multi-point functionality can be added if needed
• Choice of up to 512 kbps ISDN / 2 Mbps IP
• Controls - a wired touchpanel can be installed in place of the wireless control panel

System Details

• One (or two) flat panel displays (16:9 plasma)
• Two 75 watt speakers
• Connections are provided for PC*:
  • VGA graphics (15-pin D Connector) and stereo audio (3.5mm mini-jack connector) input
• Remote PowerPoint^® control software (AVS PM) provided for install onto customer provided PC *
• Connection for the SMART Board for Flat-Panel Displays interactive whiteboard (9-pin D connector) – comes with adapter cable for USB connection for the (customer provided) PC *
