“Staff training, experience, and professionalism are critical factors that customers take into account when evaluating AV providers," said Matt Komos, AVS' Chief Operating Officer. "The Gold CAVSP certification provides independent recognition of our advanced knowledge and experience, and signals that our people are among the industry's most highly trained and technologically skilled. Our commitment to excellence in professional development, through both InfoComm and manufacturer training and certification, is a key ingredient of our success in delivering high quality service and exceeding customer expectations.”
“A CAVSP designation gives AV companies a competitive advantage in the marketplace," said Randal A. Lemke, Ph.D., InfoComm International's executive director. "Customers of AV communications and presentation systems can be confident of professionalism and an aspiration to excellence when working with these companies that have invested in education and training to stay current on the latest AV technologies and techniques.”
