AVS staff has training in numerous hardware and software products, as well as industry trade certifications, which are used in the AV industry and as part of our audiovisual installations.
The InfoComm Certified AudioVisual Solutions Provider (AVSP) Program is for commercial AV companies and organizations by location that have demonstrated their commitment to professional excellence by supporting their employees who achieve and maintain individual InfoComm certification credentials. There are three levels of certification: Diamond, Emerald and Sapphire. AVS is a Diamond Level Solutions Provider, which means that 50 percent of all Customer Service, Sales and Technical staff have and maintain general or advanced CTS certification or certain InfoComm Academy course completion.
AVS is proud to have so many Certified Technology Specialists on its staff. Staff members from integration, engineering and sales departments, as well as upper management maintain their InfoComm CTS certification. AVS also has multiple CTS-I and CTS-D Specialists on staff in the design, engineering and project management departments.
